What are your hours of operation?
We operate Monday through FRIDAY from 7am to 6pm. We hope to expand to 24/7 soon. Please contact us directly to schedule rides outside of these business hours.
Can I bring my own wheelchair?
How much do you charge per ride?
We offer flexible pricing based on your needs and can provide a customized quote also. The following is our base pricing 2 miles are included :
Ambulatory
- $60 one way / $4.00 per mile
- $115 roundtrip/ $4.00 per mile
Wheelchair-Accessible
- $95 one way / $4.00 per mile
- $180 roundtrip / $4.00 per mile
Additional Considerations
- Wait time: $60 per hour / 15 minute increments
- What forms of payment are accepted?
Pre-Authorized Healthcare Plans, Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Credit Card. Payment is due before or at the time of transport unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
All rides can be cancelled for no fee with 48 hours or more notice. No refunds of not cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours prior.
Can a care person ride with me?
Are your drivers First Aid & CPR certified?
Will the driver take me inside? Will the driver stay with me during my appointment?
